HOA & Community

When are HOA dues due?

Grand Bees Homes are billed bi-annually, with payments due January 1 and July 1. Grand Terrace Townhomes are billed monthly, with payment due on the 3rd of each month or the next business day. Pay through the Poston homeowner portal or by check. See the HOA Dues page for ACH timing and complete payment methods.

How do I get involved with the HOA?

Attend open board meetings, volunteer for community events, or express interest in serving on a committee. Use the Contact page to reach the Association.

Architectural Review

How do I submit an architectural review request?

Download the Architectural Review Application from the Poston Documents portal. Complete it and email it to windee@postoncm.com or mail it to Poston Community Management, 635 Rutledge Ave., Suite 105, Charleston, SC 29403. Allow 30 days for a decision.

What exterior changes require board approval?

Any exterior modification requires prior written approval from the Architectural Review Committee, including: fences, decks/patios, sheds, additions, paint color changes, significant landscaping changes, driveways, and satellite dishes.

Pool & Access

What are the pool hours?

The community pool is open from sunrise to sunset during pool season. A resident access fob is required for entry; an ID is not required. Residents must accompany their guests.

What should I do if I lose my pool fob?

A replacement pool fob costs $25.00. Contact Windee Little at windee@postoncm.com or (843) 937-6859 to arrange a replacement.

Maintenance & Management

How do I report a maintenance issue?

Contact Poston Community Management at (843) 937-6872 or email windee@postoncm.com. For after-hours emergencies, call the main line and select the emergency option. Please allow 5–7 business days for non-urgent requests.
