Community Pool
⚠ There is no lifeguard on duty. Persons using the pool and pool area do so at their own risk.

Pool Rules
🚫 No glass permitted anywhere in the pool area. Broken glass is invisible underwater and causes serious injury.
- No solo swimming
- No running or rough play
- No smoking on pool deck or area
- No pets or animals
- No drugs or alcohol
- Shower before entering pool
- No skateboards, scooters, bikes
- Proper attire required — no regular diapers
- Pool furniture: first come, first served
- No littering — use trash receptacles
- No entry with illness, open wounds, or infections
- Residents responsible for guest conduct at all times
Walking Trails
1.2 miles of trails wind through the neighborhood connecting all entrances to the Grand Bees Recreation Center — ideal for morning walks, evening strolls, and getting around without a car.

City of Charleston Leash Law Update
The City of Charleston reduced the maximum leash length to 8 feet. Retractable leashes count toward this limit. Puppies under 12 months and females in heat may not be tethered outdoors. Pets must be monitored in vehicles above 75°F.
